prepare_for_analysis(dft: DFT) → DFT

Prepare a DFT for analysis. Marks FDEP conflicts and applies the standard set of DFT-to-CTMC/MA transformations expected by the model builder.

Parameters:

dft – The DFT to prepare.

Returns:

The prepared DFT.
